Privacy Policy

• Account details: your name, email address and password. We store the password only as a secure hash; nobody, including us, can read it.
• Your study record: the programs you open, your answers, scores, flags, mock results and when you did them. This is what shows you your progress.
• A leaderboard name, if you set one in your profile. Leaderboards are not open yet; when they are, only people who opt in appear, under this name. It is never your real name unless you pick that.
• Payment records (once passes start): the pass, amount, date, method (GCash or Maya) and reference number. We never see or store your GCash or Maya login or PIN.
• Technical data such as IP address and browser type, kept with your sign-in sessions to keep the service running and to limit abuse. See our Cookie Policy.

• To run your practice, quizzes, mock exams and progress.
• To send the emails the service needs: confirming your address and resetting a password, and receipts and reminders once passes start.
• Once leaderboards open, to rank them, using only the leaderboard name you chose.
• To answer you when you contact us, and to fix wrong answers.
• To keep Reviu secure and working.

We don’t sell your data and we don’t show ads.

• You, always, in full.
• Other students, once leaderboards open, only your leaderboard name and score, and only if you opted in.
• Our service providers, only to run Reviu: Cloudflare (hosting), Railway (database) and Resend (email).
• The authorities, only when the law requires it.

• Your account and study record stay until you ask us to delete your account.
• Payment records are kept as business records, as tax rules require, even after an account is deleted. Refunds can be requested within 7 days of paying.

You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. For anything you cannot change in the app, email hello@reviu.studio. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).

Everything is sent over HTTPS and passwords are hashed. In a mock exam, answer keys and solutions are never sent to your device until you submit. No system is perfect, and we’ll tell affected users and the National Privacy Commission promptly if a breach happens.

Accounts are for people 18 and over, or younger with a parent’s or guardian’s permission.

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we’ll update the date above and tell account holders by email or in the app.
